The Posted Picture reminds me of the outline of a brain with its core stem and as the branches develop so that metaphorically our brain connects and develops connections that can lead to healthy or unhealthy outcomes.
When dealing with anxiety, often many of the “branches” need to be pruned and regrown to begin to flourish. The outcome of dealing with our anxiety and developing new skills, to tackle life, allows us to (I admit I couldn’t resist the next statement) “make like a tree and leaf”. You see anxiety often keeps us isolated and fearful from tackling life’s challenges, unlike a strong firmly planted tree that can flow with the storms of life and still flourish and grow.
If you or a loved one are struggling with anxiety or simply flourishing in life, it may be time to seek out a qualified counselling therapist, clinical counsellor, or psychotherapist and begin to walk in New Life.
