There are many approaches on how to deal with anxiety. The good news is there are not just 1 or 2 ways to deal with anxiety, however, there are multiple ways to deal with anxiety.

Some of the techniques commonly used to deal with anxiety are cognitive and behavioral strategies (often known as CBT),  mindfulness strategies, modification to your lifestyle (yes, it might be good to take a break from your social media once in a while) and also working on supporting your emotions that might be getting in the way of living a productive lifestyle and healthy relationships.
