During the covid-19 pandemic, at New Life Counselling, Jeremiah La Follette (BCC, MCC, RPC) was asked, along with a fellow psychologist Corinne Mandin to be a part of a mental health panel discussion on counselling Calgary through all the Covid-19 crisis changes and what to do about it in your daily life.
Dave Myers, the host of the panel is the senior pastor of a church named Royal Oak Victory Church and so there were many religious themes discussed in between the very important topics of anxiety, stress, and depression.
This is a great interview as it covers many spiritual wellness topics that may not always be covered in a therapy session.
